Auxiliary Products - Altuglas^® Acrylic Sheet

Cleaning products
Altuglas^® is beautiful, transparent and durable… but like any other high-quality material, it is worth looking after it properly. Take care of it!

Altuglas^® acrylic sheet likes:

• Cold or warm water, with a little household detergent added
• A damp chamois leather, to finish off the cleaning (just wipe, don't rub)
• Products specially designed to care for it and keep it looking like new
  • Altuglas^® Cleaner, Johnson's Pledge
  • Altuglas^® Polish, Buhler's Bul'Inox (or Miror Cuivre), to polish the surface and remove all scratches (finish by applying Altuglas^® Cleaner)

Altuglas^® acrylic sheet hates:

• Being cleaned dry, because they could be scratched
• Fluffy or rough cloths
• Trichlorethylene, benzol or a few solvents, which will change its appearance.

Glues
Gluing Altuglas^® sheet gives excellent results. Given the right conditions of use, the results achieved with the Altuglas^® Adhesives range are always pleasing in appearance. The mechanical properties achieved depend on the glue used. Before use, read the instructions for safety, storage and use, which are available for each of the glues.
